Jenever is the ideal spirit cause of it’s endless possibilities. One gets to play with different grains, different ways of fermentation, a wide range of botanicals and barrel aging. Various different stills are used to have optimal control over variables like temperature, flow and copper filter.
Amber is a fruity barrel aged rye jenever with jasmin tea and fermented calamus root.
